About the Role

The Sales Operations Manager role is a critical position within the sales team, responsible for coordinating commercial activities to accelerate the execution of Account Sales Initiatives, driving operating profits and revenue growth. This role serves as the primary liaison between account teams and corporate resources, requiring a self-motivated individual committed to exceptional performance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reset planning and logistics for assigned accounts.
  • Manage POG planning and execution of the PMI U.S. portfolio using POG software.
  • Coordinate retail-facing activities, including monthly chain pricing communication and execution across multiple store locations.
  • Oversee pricing surveys and validate Day 1 price execution across all stores within an account.
  • Manage retailer-specific processes, including new item setup, signage ordering, and platform utilization.
  • Validate and ensure timely submission of payments to retailers for performance-based agreements.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of accounts’ ship lists for distribution of pricing, equipment, and signage.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure adequate coverage supporting account team initiatives.
  • Serve as the point person for facilitating insights and reporting to support account sales initiatives, liaising with corporate resource teams.
  • Provide execution-based metric reporting, such as vacancy coverage, call coverage, and chain outlet count.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BBA, or BS) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Account Management and/or wholesaler management.
  • Proven ability to communicate with impact, both written and verbally.
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Spaceman/JDA software.
  • Strong understanding and utilization of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word.
  • Proficiency with MSA data.
  • Proficiency with CRM (MAFs, store lists, trade programs, campaigns, customer contact information, authorized items).
  • Proficiency with Syndicated data.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
