About the Role

Risk Ledger is seeking a Senior Product Designer to play a critical role in shaping and designing our B2B SaaS product and steering its strategic direction. This position offers the chance to influence our user experience and design culture. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to identify, define, and ship solutions to key customer challenges and opportunities, driving the end-to-end design process.

Responsibilities

Interact directly with customers, conduct research, and leverage data to advocate for their goals throughout the design process.
Craft simple, predictable, and impactful user experiences from early ideation and sketching to high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with engineers to bring the product vision to life, from understanding initial needs to crafting usable solutions.
Move fast while maintaining high attention-to-detail and iterating as necessary.
Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, encourage learning, and drive positive impact through influence and respect.
Contribute to evolving Product Design at Risk Ledger, including ways of working and showcasing excellence.

Requirements

Experience working as a B2B designer in an in-house product development team collaborating cross-functionally.
Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Natural curiosity about the product, customers, and market, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Systems-thinking mindset to design cohesive experiences across complex products, workflows, and touch-points.
Pragmatism in using the right tools, frameworks, and processes, adapting as necessary.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience.
