About the Role

BYD Automotive GmbH is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Germany. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of battery testing and repair processes, contributing to BYD's mission of promoting zero-emission transportation and decarbonization.

Responsibilities

• Strictly execute all repair, testing, and self-inspection tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct self-inspections at the end of each task or batch to verify quality before movement.
• Complete all assigned daily tasks within the specified timeframe.
• Proactively report work status updates, completion confirmations, and any abnormalities or issues encountered during shift.
• Perform daily maintenance of all tools, testing equipment, and the workstation according to the prescribed maintenance schedule and checklist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe (5S) work environment.
• Maintain the highest quality standard for all reworked units.
• Ensure a 100% quality check to prevent any Non-Conforming (NG) parts from advancing to the next production or assembly step.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide feedback and assist in optimizing battery testing and repair procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• Acceptable for high business travel frequency (approx. 30%).

• Certificate of Hochvolt FHV stufe 2s
• Electrician knowledge
