About the Role
Represent and bring the MR MARVIS brand story to life for your team and customers. You will be responsible for reaching commercial targets while coaching and motivating the team to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Inspire your team and customers with MR MARVIS’ values and carry out the brand story as an ambassador
- Maintain the overall look and feel of the store, both inside and out
- Organize events taking place in the shop
- Manage, coach and motivate the shop team
- Achieve the shop’s commercial targets
- Play an active role in improving KPIs
- Hire new style advisors and conduct job interviews
- Take ownership of stock management and day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail)
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand
- Possess a strong personality, be flexible and representative
- Ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management
- Customer- and service-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Tech savvy and able to work a laptop
- Experience with KPIs and a drive to analyze and improve them at a high level
- Available 40h per week, including a weekend day
