About the Role
AI is transforming the world, and Rewire is shaping the Data & AI trends. This role offers the opportunity to engage in data and AI projects, collaborate with clients, and enable impactful results. You will support the day-to-day execution of transformation projects from a technical angle, including technical design and development of data & AI solutions, shaping architecture vision, and assessing organizations' data transformation progress. You will be trained as a technical leader at the intersection of business, technology, data & AI.
Responsibilities
- Build robust data & AI infrastructure by designing and developing pipelines, platforms, and systems.
- Advise clients on technical best practices, translating business needs into engineering decisions.
- Develop scalable software solutions by writing clean, maintainable code.
- Contribute to organizational change by implementing data & AI innovations.
- Use technical expertise and communication skills to build scalable data & AI solutions that drive value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from both the client and Rewire.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree with excellent results in a quantitative or STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Econometrics).
- Practical experience through internships, projects, or research demonstrating ability to build and maintain data pipelines, design scalable systems, and deliver production-ready solutions.
- A hands-on, growth mindset with ownership of tasks and contribution to solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Sharp analytical and technical skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
