About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to bring an established product portfolio into a high-growth Texas territory, combining the backing of a global organization with the visibility and impact of building something new locally. You will develop the territory by regularly engaging with prospects across Texas, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Responsibilities
- Build and grow your territory by proactively identifying and engaging new prospects through outreach, site visits, and local networking.
- Quickly follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns, helping convert interest into qualified opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams on customer visits, demos, and hands-on product trials, playing a key role in early-stage deal development.
- Deliver seamless product trial experiences, including setup and operation of plug-and-play equipment, to build customer confidence.
- Represent Linx professionally in the field, building strong relationships while gathering market insights to support U.S. expansion.
- Support events, equipment readiness, and field logistics to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, effective, and impactful.
Requirements
- Confidence in communicating with customers both in person and over the phone.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfort working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, with 1–2 overnights per week).
