About the Role
Join a fast-growing MarTech (SaaS) business as a Growth Marketing Strategist to drive customer acquisition and scale growth. You will work closely with brand clients to identify, execute, and analyze opportunities within the direct-mail channel, acting as a liaison between platform, data teams, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Work with brands to map direct-mail opportunities within their lifecycle & e-commerce funnel.
- Design, launch, and monitor direct-mail experiments in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Utilize data to identify segments, KPIs, incremental lift, and provide insight-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Compile actionable insights and make strategic recommendations for customers and engineering teams to inform future product direction.
- Own the execution timeline, campaign coordination, client communication, and internal stakeholder management for on-time, quality delivery.
- Maintain strong client-facing relationships by clearly communicating performance, setting expectations, soliciting feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
- Build repeatable processes and templates for testing, optimization, and scaling direct-mail campaigns across clients.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (e.g., response rates, ROAS, incremental revenue) and collaborate with internal analytics to feed learnings back into product and strategy.

Salary/Compensations
- £70,000-£85,000 basic salary
- Performance-related bonus
