About the Role

In this executive role, you will advise healthcare and statutory health insurance clients' management on the strategic conception and implementation of large digitalization and transformation projects. You will support business development through acquiring new clients, developing the strategic consulting portfolio, and creating business cases. Shape use cases and solution approaches, for example, in the context of data-driven and Generative AI (GenAI). Develop our competencies in the healthcare sector long-term. Create proposals and service offerings for client management. Acquire, develop, and retain best-in-class talent to grow your team and area.

Responsibilities

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting.
Very good expertise and consulting experience in the healthcare sector and/or statutory health insurance.
Strong go-to-market DNA with an established network of C-level partnerships.
Dynamic leader with a strong growth focus, thinking entrepreneurially and acting as a charismatic role model.
Excellent university degree in business and health sciences, health economics, public health, or business informatics.
Excellent German and English language skills.
