About the Role
As an innovative transformation consultant, you will combine strategic, creative, and scientific skills to develop future-oriented solutions for clients. Help drive change tailored to current and future client challenges, informed by science and data, enhanced by creativity and design, and grounded in technology.
Responsibilities
- Digital transformation of the public sector
- Reorientation and redesign of administrative processes for conversion to S/4HANA
- Process optimization in HR, finance, procurement, and accounting
- Creation of corresponding SAP functional concepts for process implementation
- Implementation support / Change Management in SAP transformation projects
- Development of governance concepts for the implementation of S/4HANA transformation projects
- Program and project management of SAP projects for federal and state administrations
- (Partial) project management for transformation and digitalization in SAP in the public sector
- Active shaping of the SAP team and consulting services in the public sector
Requirements
- Several years of practical project experience in SAP projects, ideally in the public sector
- Knowledge of the SAP product roadmap, especially S/4HANA (possibly PSM, FI, CO) or SuccessFactors and HCM
- Experience in (partial) project management in SAP transformations
- Strong understanding of governance and change management in the context of SAP transformation projects
- An outstanding academic degree with a business, technical, or IT focus
- Enjoy combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
- High reliability, team spirit, and enthusiasm for a globally leading consulting firm
- Strong presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills
- Excellent German and English skills
