About the Role
This is an entry-level role for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Post Producer. You will manage the delivery of post-production projects across edit, grade, VFX, motion, and audio, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high creative standard. This is a hands-on learning role with real responsibility and the opportunity to grow quickly within a busy, high-performing studio.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of large post-production projects from brief through to delivery while managing your own projects.
- Scheduling across edit, grade, VFX, motion graphics, and audio.
- Help track timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Prepare booking confirmations and project documentation.
- Ensure assets are received, organised, and distributed correctly.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential bottlenecks early.
- Maintain clear and accurate production paperwork and job trackers.
- Support version control and file management processes.
- Liaise with artists, assistants, and technical teams to keep workflows moving.
- Attend client calls and internal reviews, taking notes and tracking actions.
- Help manage feedback rounds and ensure clear communication between client and creative teams.
- Contribute to a professional and positive client experience.
- Assist with raising POs and tracking costs against approved budgets.
- Support final reconciliation and job wrap processes.
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience within post-production or a related production environment.
- Basic understanding of the post-production pipeline (offline, online, grade, VFX, audio).
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within post-production.
- Proficient in standard production tools (Google Workspace, Excel; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus).
