About the Role
The Account Executive plays a vital role in bringing dynamic client marketing programs to life. This role acts as a key bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, driving seamless day-to-day project execution, ensuring clear communication, creative alignment, and exceptional results across every initiative.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients based on trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with internal account leads on supporting day-to-day project management through the content, strategy, and creative departments.
- Support internal and client meetings, presentations, and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks, and follow-up communications.
- Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans, and production materials, making suggested revisions in keeping with agreed-upon strategies and business objectives.
- Keep the agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems and implications; proactively develop and execute solutions.
- Proactively contribute to managing project scope and budget; notify manager of client requests outside of scope; alert the client of financial and timing implications; secure client approval to proceed and revise budgets as needed.
- Analyze program results, summarize findings, and recommend program enhancements or changes to improve going forward.
- Assist senior leadership in the development of program recaps and associated presentations for clients based on analysis of results and recommendations.
- Monitor the status of work-in-progress and client budgets; lead internal status meetings with finance and project management; review estimates/billing and approve invoices.
Requirements
- Scientific Degree completed with Marketing/Economics specialization.
- 2 years' experience in the industry.
