About the Role

Trinity College London is seeking a Change Manager to lead, plan, and embed business change across technology and operational initiatives. This role involves establishing change management capability, requiring strong stakeholder management, ownership, and communication skills to integrate change into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering change management activities
• Demonstrable experience supporting large-scale system or organisational change initiatives
• Experience working alongside Project Managers and PMO functions
• Strong understanding of change impact assessment and adoption planning
• Experience developing and delivering communication and training strategies
• Ability to measure and track change adoption and benefits realisation
