About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences to join our iconic London teams. Our spa treatments are more than skin deep; they’re a vital self-care ingredient, offering an oasis of calm to relax and rejuvenate.

Responsibilities

• Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
• Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
• Looking after clients' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
• Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
• Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…)
• Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
• Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
• Supporting stock control

Requirements

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
• Practical work experience within a similar role and location performing body massages and facials.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
