About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, ensuring a positive brand impression and fostering customer loyalty. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. Applicants must be 18 years or over. This is a Part-Time role (22.5 hours per week) working 22:00 - 06:00 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with an end date of 15/11/2026. The pay rate is £14.55 per hour, increasing to £14.80 after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery drivers.
- Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns.
- Supporting the wider shop team with tasks such as checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.
