About the Role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, ensuring a positive brand impression and fostering customer loyalty. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. Applicants must be 18 years or over. This is a Part-Time role (22.5 hours per week) working 22:00 - 06:00 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with an end date of 15/11/2026. The pay rate is £14.55 per hour, increasing to £14.80 after 90 days.

Responsibilities

Stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery drivers.
Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns.
Supporting the wider shop team with tasks such as checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.

Requirements

Communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to meet location requirements.
Accuracy in providing working hours availability.
