About the Role
The Client Services Intern will support the transformation of clients' businesses by assisting in the delivery of new opportunities across their digital ecosystems. This role provides a deep dive into digital transformation and business results within a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist collaborative partnerships with key clients to help deliver against business objectives.
- Help identify organic growth opportunities through existing client relationships.
- Support the team in framing client challenges and defining project approaches through research and deck preparation.
- Learn to effectively synthesise and communicate client requirements into clear briefings.
- Assist in orchestrating service delivery to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various studios, disciplines, and partners.
- Support continual process improvements across AKQA's evolving service offering.
Requirements
- EU working rights are required. Either through a EU Citizenship or Study Programme in Germany.
