About the Role
You will be responsible for the technical operation and smooth coordination of maintenance of our building services systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate external service providers and contract partners, including supervision and technical verification of execution.
- Manage, monitor, accept, and invoice maintenance measures, and create forward-looking maintenance plans.
- Take responsibility for, manage, and monitor incoming service requests via our IT-supported system.
- Independently manage and coordinate smaller repair projects from initial tender to successful completion.
- Maintain and control our maintenance, repair, and inspection documentation, and ensure compliance with all legal regulations.
- Independently create and evaluate performance specifications for minor construction maintenance.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on heating/sanitation or a comparable qualification (e.g., as a technician or master for heating & sanitation).
- Several years of professional experience in facility management, ideally with a focus on technical building equipment (heating/sanitation).
- Current knowledge of relevant legal and technical regulations.
- Independent, structured way of working combined with high reliability.
- Proficient use of common IT applications (especially MS Office).
