About the Role
This 12-month parental leave cover opportunity, reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, involves planning, delivering, and optimizing brand campaigns, partnerships, and programs to support CA ANZ's strategic priorities. You will bring brand plans to life through integrated campaigns, compelling content, and market activation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from planning and briefing through to execution and evaluation.
- Develop content, partnerships, and marketing initiatives that support audience engagement and brand growth.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing activities aligned to organisational priorities.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support continuous improvement across brand marketing processes, tools, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated brand, marketing, or communications campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with agencies, creative partners, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- A data-informed approach, using insights and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
