About the Role
Foxes FC Academy is seeking ambitious, reliable, and engaging coaches to deliver high-quality football sessions to boys and girls aged 6–18, helping to develop both their technical skills and passion for the game.
Responsibilities
- Coaching weekly training sessions and managing weekend Matchdays
- Creating a fun, safe, and challenging environment for players
- Supporting player development in line with academy philosophy
- Communicating regularly with parents, players, and the wider coaching team
- Working closely with UEFA-qualified coaches and former professional players
Requirements
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C or higher (preferred)
- Valid Enhanced DBS and Safeguarding Certificate
- First Aid qualification
- Proven experience coaching children in grassroots or academy environments
- Enthusiastic, organised, and committed to player development
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday
