About the Role

This role plays a key part in delivering a consistent, efficient, and people-focused HR service. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, including right-to-work checks, contracts, and HR system updates in line with GDPR
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from offer preparation to onboarding and induction
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, while supporting compliance, health & safety, and note-taking for HR meetings
  • Manage key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, leavers processing, and supporting wellbeing and engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using HR systems
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
