Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, implementation, and documentation of occupational safety measures.
Data collection, analysis, and reporting on key figures.
Administrative tasks related to certifications, audits, and legal requirements.
Support in documenting and tracking deadlines for recurring inspections or training in emergency management.
Create guidelines and workflows for relevant facility management safety topics.
Assist in preparing presentations for occupational safety committee meetings or informational materials for e-learning and intranet contributions on occupational safety and health promotion.
Coordinate interface work between Occupational Health Management, Facility Management, and other departments.

Requirements

Studies in the field of Corporate Health Management, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering Facility Management, Sustainable Science and Technology - focus on occupational safety, or comparable.
Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and self-organization.
Good communication skills, team spirit, and confident demeanor.
Basic knowledge of the Occupational Safety Act.
Very good knowledge of Google products (Google Workspace), proficient use of Content Management Systems.
Willingness to contribute ideas for AI implementation in occupational safety and to jointly implement them into practical projects.
Very good German language skills.
