About the Role

You will own the product area within our Client Facing Platforms group, building internal tools and solutions that help Bonial deliver value to our retail partners at scale. Your team focuses on Bonial Console: a set of internal tools that help plan content publication based on client contracts and monitor campaign setup. Your main focus area is the detailed media planning process — translating the requirements from client contracts into a detailed fulfillment plan that enables correct day-to-day operational workflow management. You'll hold a genuine mandate to rethink how Bonial turns client contracts into daily operations at scale, questioning current processes and building better solutions. You'll report directly to the Head of Product, with real license to challenge how things are done.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for your area, making clear prioritisation calls, including what not to build
  • Run continuous discovery of internal processes, tools, and users to map workflows, connections, and bottlenecks, and turn findings into a prioritised roadmap and clear user stories
  • Size and validate ideas before building; maintain a prioritised backlog with clear rationale, owning the quarterly view for your domain head and C-level counterparts
  • Lead the full product lifecycle: problem framing, scoping, shipping, measuring outcomes, and iterating
  • Define success metrics and use data and experimentation to validate direction and guide decisions, not just report on performance
  • Align stakeholders across Product, Business Operations, Engineering, Data, and leadership around a shared direction, building trust and clear expectations
  • Present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
  • Map workflows with department leadership and C-level stakeholders to find where time and capacity are lost, distinguishing quick wins from processes that need full redesign
  • Drive product innovation by tracking industry trends and technology, and by embedding AI-driven approaches and tools into both the product and your own ways of working

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Product Management, including automation experience, in an agile, fast-paced tech environment, with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end
  • Proof you've shipped automation or AI solutions from requirements to live systems with real adoption
  • The judgment to turn ambiguity into a scoped, prioritised plan, and the influence to drive change with senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to align competing priorities and drive decisions across teams
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy: able to self-serve on data, form hypotheses, and engage deeply with engineers on technical solutions
  • Pragmatic and goal-oriented mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and break complex problems into tangible pieces
  • Real experience working with internal users and developing internal tooling
  • Familiarity with inventory management, ad delivery, or campaign operations is an advantage
