This role focuses on strategic business partnering and proactive sourcing to attract top-tier sales professionals across the UK and Europe, delivering an exceptional candidate journey and driving data-led insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with international hiring managers and talent leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Direct advanced sourcing efforts to build robust, diverse pipelines of high-performing sales talent.
- Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and inspiring candidate journey from initial contact through to offer.
- Use recruitment expertise to influence HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Onboarding teams.
- Deliver data-led insights, funnel metrics, and market intelligence to empower stakeholders.
- Pipeline, network, and stay ahead of shifting market trends in FX recruitment.
- Lead global talent acquisition initiatives focused on workforce planning, strategic team growth, and building new teams.
- Identify and drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall candidate experience.
- Track and report key performance metrics: Time to Offer Acceptance, Interview-to-Offer rates, and Hiring Manager feedback scores.
Requirements
- Experience in FX recruitment is beneficial.
- Experience in workforce planning, strategic team growth, and building new teams is required.
- Experience in tracking and reporting key performance metrics is required.
