About the Role

As part of the Global Performance Marketing team, you will design and implement online media strategies to drive growth in acquisition, retention, and branding for the North America market. You will collaborate with local teams and regional stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless coordination of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced, self-motivated, and innovative AI-forward online marketer.

Responsibilities

Manage and own the performance of online marketing channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.
Collaborate with local marketing teams to deliver localized strategy, campaign and media planning, and creative development.
Analyze online paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization.
Responsible for budget planning and execution to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Growth hacking through constant testing to discover new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for APP and Web products.
Proven track record of driving significant growth with marketing efficiency in the North America market.
Proficient in managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities to work across multiple markets and cultures.
Ability to collaborate easily with others and adapt agilely.
Proficient in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Branch.io/Appsflyer.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret and act on data insights.
Growth hacking mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy to discover key business opportunities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, owning problems and developing solutions.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
