About the Role
WSP's Safety & Compliance team is a recognised leader in Essential Safety Measures (ESM) consulting services. We are seeking a Technical Executive, Property Compliance to provide technical leadership, drive business growth, and strengthen client relationships across our national portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive growth in WSP's Property Compliance consulting services and practices.
- Establish, implement and continuously optimise systems, digital tools and workflows that improve ESM service delivery.
- Prepare tenders, bids and proposals and secure portfolio-scale programs of work.
- Represent WSP as a recognised technical leader in ESM services.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships and project portfolios.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments of Essential Safety Measures.
- Witness and assess Systems Interface Testing (SIT).
- Provide technical advice, reports and quality assurance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying or equivalent.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in ESM consulting.
- Proven business development and client relationship management success.
- Strong knowledge of ESM legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring others.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
