About the Role
Develop and implement strategic influencer campaigns, connecting brands and companies with socially relevant topics to create purpose-driven work. Ogilvy's vision is to inspire brands and people to impact the world, and this role contributes to that mission.
Responsibilities
- Operative management of influencer campaigns, from conception and implementation to monitoring and project controlling.
- Development of influencer strategies, including recommendation of objectives, target groups, editorial calendars, and budgets.
- Independent and operational implementation of strategies from conception to daily campaign management.
- Research, preparation, presentation, and outreach to relevant influencers for campaigns.
- Budget controlling of influencer campaigns.
- Coordination and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, internal and external, to develop and implement suitable campaigns for clients.
- Further development and management of the influencer database.
- Client retention and satisfaction, as well as quality assurance of agency services.
- Evaluation, analysis, and reporting of influencer campaigns.
Requirements
- Talent with demonstrable examples of career change into influencer marketing, or 3-5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing with strong knowledge of the German creator scene.
- Proven experience in conception, campaign planning and execution, influencer relations, events, social media, and project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge and contacts in influencer relations.
- High affinity for current trends and staying up-to-date with cultural and social topics.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of confidently presenting creative ideas to internal stakeholders and existing/potential clients.
- Team player with high customer orientation and a commitment to quality.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with influencer research and analysis tools.
