About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC technician to join our team, focusing on the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and modernization of heating systems within our residential properties. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our housing stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of heating systems, including troubleshooting technical issues.
• Installation, replacement, and commissioning of heating systems, heat pumps, and related components.
• Performing modernization and adaptation work within the residential properties.
• Diagnosing technical faults and implementing effective on-site solutions independently.
• Carrying out repair and replacement work on heating and sanitary installations.
• Service calls in occupied apartments and houses, requiring a customer-oriented approach and clean work habits.
• Documenting completed work for scheduling and internal processes.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an HVAC technician (Sanitary, Heating, and Climate Technology), heating installer, gas and water fitter, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience and good technical knowledge in the maintenance, repair, and modernization of heating systems and piping systems.
• Knowledge in technical building equipment and basic knowledge of sanitary installations are advantageous.
• Manual dexterity and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with tenants and customers.
• Valid driver's license Class B and willingness to perform service calls in occupied properties.
