About the Role
Handle last-mile operational issues with parcel carriers in Switzerland and Italy, conduct performance analysis, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Handle all last-mile operational issues with parcel carriers in Switzerland and Italy.
- Conduct regular carrier performance analysis and translate results into concrete actions.
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders on topics such as customer performance, procurement, and carrier integration.
- Maintain regular contact with last-mile carriers' operations and key account management teams.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and create new ones as needed.
Requirements
- Completed a degree or vocational training in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working with last-mile carriers and parcel operations.
- Experience in first-mile operations, freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or other logistics-related fields is welcome.
- Data-driven and curious to learn.
- Confident working with relevant analysis and reporting tools.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong assertiveness and resilience.
