We are seeking to strengthen our Regulatory & Compliance department with individuals at our Cologne, Düsseldorf, Berlin, or Munich locations.

Holistic consulting: You will support national and international organizations in the strategic, procedural, and organizational implementation of complex regulatory requirements.
ESG Compliance: You will assist in the implementation of legal acts such as CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, LkSG/CSDDD, EUFLR, EUDR, PPWR, and EmpCo/UWG.
Digital Compliance: You will guide clients in implementing forward-looking EU digital laws such as the Data Act, NIS-2, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the AI Act, and DORA to anchor digital sovereignty in resilient governance structures.
General Compliance: You will contribute to the development and enhancement of Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and the implementation of measures for anti-money laundering and corruption prevention.
Interdisciplinary interface: You will work closely with our lawyers, auditors, and consultants to translate legal requirements into concrete corporate processes and policies.
Project work: Depending on seniority, you will take on (partial) project management, act as a point of contact for our clients, and drive the further development of our consulting services.

You have completed a degree in Business Law (Wirtschaftsjurist/in), ideally supplemented by a Master's degree in Compliance, or have successfully completed a first state examination in law.
You have initial or several years of professional experience in Compliance, ideally in a consulting firm, law firm, or the compliance department of a company.
You have a strong interest in the fields of ESG Compliance, EU Digital Regulation, and general compliance structures.
You possess analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex legal texts into pragmatic, procedural solutions for companies.
You have the ability to conduct sound legal research.
Confident demeanor, strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured and self-reliant way of working characterize you.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
