About the Role

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
