About the Role
Oversee the implementation and management of Patient Care Solutions (PCS) for clinical trials, managing day-to-day project and programme management activities to support team quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of PCS projects, ensuring alignment with clinical trial objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and address any project-related challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the clinical research industry, specifically related to patient care solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
