About the Role

This position involves performing PMO duties for client projects alongside members with disabilities. You will leverage your PMO skills and support the development of team members as a supervisor for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • PMO/Development duties
  • Management of business system development programs/projects
  • Formulation and implementation of operational service management policies/processes
  • Management duties for employees with disabilities
  • Management, guidance, and follow-up of staff with disabilities
  • Tasks such as job interviews

Requirements

  • Experience in development, maintenance/operations, and PMO for custom EPR packages or similar (approx. 3+ years)
  • Data analysis skills to gather necessary information through interviews and create solution inputs
  • Project-based work execution ability and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge and experience in overall system development, operation, and maintenance
  • For those without experience working with individuals with disabilities, please state your motivation for applying in your application documents (resume, curriculum vitae, etc.) and submit them.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
  • Experience in staff supervision (preferred)
  • Possession of qualifications such as Certified Social Worker, Certified Social Worker Assistant, Psychiatric Social Worker, or Vocational Counselor for Persons with Disabilities (preferred)

Salary/Compensations

  • Monthly salary: ¥280,000 - ¥450,000
  • Commuting and overtime allowances: Fully covered
