About the Role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join the METAL Unit. This role will focus on consolidating data from core business systems to provide data-driven insights for CRRD staff, helping leadership understand strategic goal achievement and resource allocation. The Data Analyst will become an organizational expert in large datasets, offering thought partnership on data access and visualization, and leveraging expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting to make data more accessible and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track program and strategy performance using data from grants, finance, and program systems (Integra, OTIS, Salesforce, PID).
Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform global program strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (programs, fundraising, marketing, finance) to ensure data representation meets stakeholder needs.
Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes for accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with global goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics tools, bringing innovative ideas to improve team capabilities.
Collaborate with Analytics colleagues to ensure best practices in coding, statistics, and general analysis.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analytics.
2+ years of experience in international humanitarian aid or development.
Proven experience with enterprise data sets, including technical skills across the data stack: cloud lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred), Python and SQL, dbt or equivalent transformation tooling, pipeline orchestration, and BI/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Demonstrable experience planning and executing complex analytics projects across multiple stakeholders.

UK Pay Rate: £49,000-60,000/yr (UK)
