About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform office space cleaning and disinfection.
  • Organize and tidy desks and chairs in meeting rooms.

  • Clean and maintain coffee machines.
  • Manage inventory and replenish consumables and equipment.
  • Process invoices.
  • Procure office supplies.
  • Respond to internal inquiries.
  • Perform other simple administrative tasks.
  • Receive stamp requests via SharePoint.
  • Verify SharePoint content and check for approvals.
  • Process stamping, including affixing revenue stamps and digital stamping.
  • Communicate via email and phone.
  • Manage and file contracts.
  • Update manuals.
  • Perform other related duties.
  • Support office users with general administrative tasks.
  • Conduct office space utilization surveys.
  • Perform office layout changes.
  • Collect abandoned documents.
  • Perform coffee machine maintenance.
