About the Role
As a Financial Planner at Bridges Financial, you will manage the advice needs of existing clients, convert prospective clients, and introduce new clients. You will proactively source, engage, and manage client referrals and relationships, leveraging digital platforms and advice processes to enhance productivity, compliance, and client engagement. Client experience and care are paramount, and you will contribute to improvement initiatives and coach clients on adopting new technologies and processes. You will also collaborate with team members, coach and mentor colleagues, and build broader team capability.
Responsibilities
- Managing the advice needs of existing clients
- Conversion of prospective clients
- Introduction of new clients to Bridges
- Proactively sourcing, engaging and managing client referrals and key referral relationships
- Leveraging evolving Insignia Financial digital platforms and Advice processes to drive productivity, compliance and client engagement
- Contributing to client experience and improvement initiatives
- Coaching clients to adopt evolving technologies and processes
- Working collaboratively with supporting team members
- Seeking out opportunities to coach and mentor colleagues
- Continuously building capability of the broader team members
- Ensuring high levels of cross skilling and deep technical knowledge
- Helping people do more with their money
- Making a positive impact in people's lives
- Shaping insurance outcomes for members across Corporate Super products
- Learning new skills and growing
Requirements
- RG146 Compliant
- Passed the Adviser exam (mandatory for Authorisation)
- Completed an approved course in Australian Tax Law
- Completed a course in Commercial Tax
- Expert in Financial Advice
- Ability to drive growth and build relationships
- Ability to deliver an excellent client experience
- Enjoy working collaboratively, inspiring and developing others
- Willingness to share knowledge and expertise
- Oozing integrity, adaptability and innovation
- Passionate about taking your career to the next step
- Provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
- Undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment
