Responsibilities
- Build strong collaborative relationships with commercial leadership in the North America business to define and drive commercial and financial strategy, aligned with Adyen’s long-term growth drivers.
- Lead complex, full-funnel commercial performance analysis to assess growth drivers, strategic initiatives, go-to-market decisions, translating data into executive-level insights.
- Provide critical challenge and thought partnership on high-impact commercial decisions, ensuring robust and balanced trade-off evaluation.
- Lead North America’s Commercial planning and goal setting by partnering with regional leaders to define, track, and review commercial goals across the funnel following the global methodology.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, commercial finance, commercial insights, strategy consulting role or similar, ideally in high-growth, global technology or fintech environment.
- A strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to seamlessly balance long-term strategic vision with effective short-term execution in a complex, dynamic and evolving business landscape.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior business partner to commercial leadership, with strong commercial instinct and financial judgment.
- Exceptional analytical capability, with a track record of simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
- Hands-on, self-starting, collaborative and entrepreneurial, excited to build, shape, and scale.
- Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
