About the Role

Provide post-sale implementation consulting to guide the successful adoption of Autodesk solutions. This includes process assessments, facilitating customer meetings, training, implementation, mentoring, and creating documentation. You will also share customer experience feedback with product and professional services teams to improve products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow development strategies, training and technical guidance, and industry expertise to ensure customers maximize value from their investment in Autodesk technologies.
  • Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers on strategic transformation and improvements in factory/process plant planning and operation, including Supply Chain Integration.
  • Contribute to sales and business development by helping customers understand the value of consulting services.
  • Support Sales/Business Development and Solutions Architects in developing customer proposals.
  • Set up new business improvement processes and prioritize required solutions.
  • Analyze current situations, define hypothetical ideal situations, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Define detailed requirements and workflows for applying Autodesk products such as Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D.
  • Present the best applications of Autodesk products to customers and define and document detailed use cases.
  • Collaborate with customers and consulting groups to solve technical problems.
  • Promote and confirm adoption and usage through presentations, tests, and training of solution details.
  • Provide feedback to the Global Consulting Group on customer experience for product and process improvement.
  • Develop systems architecture, code, and implement solutions.
  • Develop custom modules using technical skills, including programming knowledge, and work with customers on third-party solutions or train customer programmers on customizing company solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years' experience as an implementation consultant for design and manufacturing solutions such as PLM, ERP, and MES in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Understanding of digital transformation (DX) and digital twin in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in structured analysis of business information and workflow use case analysis.
  • IT knowledge of web applications, cloud, and databases.
  • Understanding of the software industry business.
  • Creative and good business sense.
  • Management skills in parallel projects.
  • Communicative, flexible, responsible, and able to demonstrate customer orientation.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English.
