About the Role
We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work with our technology clients to identify business needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify and document business and system requirements
- Analyze existing processes and recommend technology improvements
- Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation
- Liaise between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
- Monitor and evaluate system performance against business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a business or systems analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, or Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a consulting or client services environment desirable
