About the Role

Havenly Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to lead CRM and lifecycle strategy across seven home brands. This role offers an opportunity to enhance the strategic and business impact of the program by developing journeys, cross-brand initiatives, and an AI-forward CRM stack for a rapidly growing, multi-brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own lifecycle and CRM strategy across all seven Havenly Brands properties, including email, SMS, and push channels, journey architecture, tenure-based lifecycle states, and re-engagement/win-back programs.
  • Manage and develop a team, including direct reports and an indirect nearshore execution team.
  • Create and implement cross-brand lifecycle programs to move customers across the Havenly portfolio.
  • Expand SMS and push channels into full lifecycle capabilities.
  • Develop new journey strategies and build sequencing in partnership with Product and Engineering.
  • Oversee campaign calendars across brands and channels, coordinating timing, sequencing, and deployment with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Ensure brand voice integrity across the portfolio, managing shared lifecycle infrastructure and cross-brand programs without homogenizing distinct brand voices.
  • Establish a consistent measurement and reporting cadence, providing clear and actionable performance narratives to leadership.
  • Manage deliverability and list health across seven sending domains, focusing on sender reputation, consent hygiene, sunset policies, and operational discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with email and SMS regulations (CAN-SPAM, CCPA/GDPR, TCPA), including consent capture, preference management, and audit-readiness.
  • Manage vendor and platform relationships, including Braze and evaluation of adjacent tools.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience owning lifecycle/CRM across multiple brands or business lines.
  • Technical fluency with ESPs such as Braze, HubSpot, and/or Klaviyo.
  • Familiarity with attribution/measurement tools like Rockerbox and experience with incrementality testing.
  • Expertise in triggered emails, including welcome series and journey audits across brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using Snowflake or similar platforms to translate data into a testing and journey roadmap.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a lifecycle program.
  • Comfort using AI tools as workflow accelerators.
  • DTC e-commerce background required.
  • Multi-brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to think in journeys and funnels, balancing data with consumer insight.
  • Proven ability to build lifecycle programs from a weak or nonexistent foundation.
  • Experience developing people and investing in their growth.
  • Comfort being hands-on with data and platforms while owning the strategic narrative.
  • Belief in AI's impact on the job and eagerness to use it for speed and better thinking.
  • Enjoyment of multi-brand complexity.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate performance data into insights for teams and stakeholders.
