Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere where they feel valued and cared for.
• Bring advanced expertise of specialty coffee, effortlessly managing high volumes with precision.
• Ensure latte art is always on point, delivering consistency with every pour and following company recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, especially during busy periods.
• Process orders and handle cash with ease using Point-of-Sale systems.
• Help manage inventory, monitor product quality, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure all stock levels are always met to meet the needs of service.
• Uphold Ü Health Cafe's high cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and recognising your peers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of aligned experience.
• Comfortable working with a 7-day rotating roster.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule.
• Love to create refreshing experiences for people.
• Guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all.
