About the Role

Contribute to profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing merchandise standards, training and developing staff, and executing sales-building programs to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own in-stock levels through merchandise replenishment activities.
  • Maintain high merchandise presentation standards and lead the team in planning and execution of all merchandise and visual elements.
  • Model, coach, and hold the team accountable for outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the Manager on Duty program to ensure associates are engaged and customers are serviced appropriately.
  • Support Omnichannel initiatives to drive sales and customer service.
  • Train and coach on all Omnichannel initiatives and processes.
  • Drive sales growth in Fine Jewelry, Window & Mattress businesses by leading and engaging associates.
  • Plan and execute special events within specialty businesses.
  • Partner with store management to source and hire store talent for hourly positions.
  • Actively participate in the training and development of associates, including in-the-moment coaching and addressing performance issues.
  • Consistently meet established performance standards including shrink and safety initiatives, Omnichannel, scheduling efficiency, associate relations, engagement, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary/Compensations

  • USD $52,080.00 - USD $74,400.00 /Yr.
