About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Outlet Surry Hills store. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy creating memorable experiences for every customer.
• Use initiative, be proactive, and jump in to support before being asked.
• Bring energy to every interaction and help create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Support the team when needed with flexibility and availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Clear, positive, and approachable communication skills.

• Previous fashion retail experience is great, but not essential.
• Attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive mindset are valued.
• Role may involve extended time on your feet and supporting stock handling.
