About the Role

As a Beertender, you are responsible for working in beer lanes, while providing exceptional guest service. Join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment at the new Highmark Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills, for the 2026 NFL season.

Responsibilities

• Verify ID for all guests purchasing alcohol.
• Verify all payments are successful.
• Accurately use the necessary POS system to ensure all purchases are quickly and accurately entered.
• Perform closing tasks such as cleaning assigned areas, trash removal, and product storage.
• Provide quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to all guests.
• Open all alcoholic beverages after purchase.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adhere to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some customer service experience.
• Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
• Ability to work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
