About the Role

Die Balance ambulanter Pflegedienst GmbH is opening a new 'Day Care' facility in Berlin-Grünau with 16 places in October and is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Service Manager. This role offers the opportunity to reimagine day care services with a rehabilitative approach, catering to both younger and older individuals, and fostering independence through personalized care and activities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and admit new guests.
• Create duty schedules for the nursing and care team.
• Manage staff.
• Develop and monitor nursing and care plans.
• Organize and manage the daily workflow.
• Serve as a point of contact for relatives, doctors, and therapists.
• Oversee quality management.
• Conduct team meetings and employee discussions.
• Provide staff support and conduct nursing visits.
• Prepare for and accompany MDK audits.
• Contribute to the conceptual design of the facility.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse.
• Further training as a Nursing Service Manager or a comparable degree.
• Professional experience, ideally in a leadership role, within a day care setting.
• Leadership skills, organizational talent, and economic thinking.
• Proficient in using nursing and documentation software.
• Reliable, independent, and structured work approach.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in working with people.
