About the Role

We are looking for our first Medical Assistant (MFA) to join our team. The practice is established with patients and new equipment, but we need to build the team around it. You will work clinically, focusing on patient care rather than administrative tasks. We treat private patients and self-payers, allowing for unhurried, thorough diagnostics and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, infusion therapy, diagnostics, and sample logistics.
• Work in an interdisciplinary setting focusing on root cause analysis.
• Provide unhurried, quality patient care.
• Contribute to developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various clinical processes.
• Engage in advanced procedures like infusion therapy, comprehensive lab diagnostics, micronutrient and hormone panels, and performance diagnostics.

Requirements

• Completed training as an MFA or nursing qualification with experience in IV access and infusion therapy.
• Proficient in venous blood collection and IV puncture, demonstrable during a trial work period.
• Experience with infusion therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
• Native-level German language proficiency.
• Fluent English (B2 level).
