About the Role
Hype DC is Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer with almost 25 years of experience. We are seeking passionate and experienced retail superstars for our Sydney City stores, whether you are a leader, stock expert, or sales assistant ready for the next step.
Responsibilities
- Create a world-class team and a magical vibe within the store.
- Drive financial sales goals and metrics for a multimillion-dollar store.
- Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
- Ensure the customer is central to all business decisions and provide memorable experiences.
- Foster a people-first culture by empowering and developing team talent.
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
- Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience by preparing online orders.
- Ensure best-in-class visual merchandising.
- Maintain a fun and safe environment for customers and the team.
Requirements
- Be a team player focused on excellence in Sales, Operations, & Loss Prevention.
- Possess experience and authentic passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Be a coach who can motivate, inspire, and develop a large team.
- Have retail store manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities.
- Have a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.
- Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving wage control.
