About the Role

We are looking for passionate and professional Food & Beverage Attendants to join our front-of-house team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced waitstaff looking to take the next step into fine dining, or hospitality professionals with previous à la carte or premium dining experience seeking a new challenge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and personalised food and beverage service
• Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality
• Develop strong product knowledge across our menu and beverage offerings
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, à la carte, premium casual, or fine dining environment
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Confident carrying three plates and working efficiently during busy service periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished presentation with strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Current RSA & RCG Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
