About the Role
This role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong commitment to achieving results in a cross-functional environment, responsible for through-the-line activations for the Australian and New Zealand markets for global brands.
Responsibilities
- Working with international brand teams to develop assets tailored to the ANZ market
- Executive annual activation calendar aligned to instore promotions
- Managing local brand assets, tasting notes, award submissions and events
- Local brand management of The Group wines, including annual brand planning, and through-the-line marketing plans
- Support Fine Wine Manager with collateral to support sales
- Manage direct to consumer website and emails
- Develop localised brand strategies and customer activation plans, balancing the core objective to deliver conversion at point of purchase with long term brand building efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering below‑the‑line activation and customer‑led initiatives
- Experience managing agencies across POS, design and activation development
- A lateral and creative approach
- A strong commitment to the achievement of results within specified timeframes
- Ability to work collaboratively and achieve results in a cross functional team environment
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude
- High personal and professional work standards
- Strong communicator, able to manage multiple projects and work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
