About the Role

This position oversees the business operations of Accenture's affiliated companies. It provides consistent support from strategy formulation to execution, performance management, and promotion of improvement measures, contributing to the establishment of competitive advantage and business growth. By collaborating with administrative departments such as finance, HR, and sales, and by offering advisory services and data-driven insights focused on business strategy and operational efficiency to leaders, including the Japan General Manager of affiliated companies, this role enables effective business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the formulation of business strategies and priorities for affiliated companies.
  • Define metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
  • Formulate performance management, action integration, and quarterly plans.
  • Analyze business results, identify issues, and formulate/execute corrective action plans in collaboration with finance, HR, sales, etc.
  • Conduct business reviews based on strategy and metrics, and share information with leadership.
  • Identify and support opportunities that contribute to business growth and profitability improvement.
  • Optimize organizational design and governance structures aligned with the operating model.
  • Enhance business process optimization and collaboration between stakeholders and administrative departments.
  • Manage and oversee the evaluation and approval process for deals.
  • Formulate investment strategies and plans aligned with business strategy and target ROI.
  • Manage investment plans, including collaboration with the MD&I (Market Development Investment) management team, in compliance with investment guidelines.
  • Drive the planning, execution, evaluation, and governance of strategic programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in one of the following:
    • Experience in the IT business field.
    • Experience in identifying business challenges and promoting the formulation and execution of corrective measures in collaboration with other business entities or their administrative departments (e.g., finance, HR).
    • Experience in leading or promoting global or cross-organizational programs/initiatives.
    • Experience in leading or supporting the improvement or change management of operating models or business processes.

Skills

  • Native level Japanese.
  • Business level English.
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and derive insights useful for management decisions.
  • Ability to organize stakeholder expectations, build consensus, and drive execution.
