About the Role
Oversee daily property operations, resident relations, and leasing activities for a new rental community. Lease-up experience for new rental properties is highly preferred. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, maintaining property performance, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rental rates
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Market and lease vacant units to prospective residents
- Build positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly
- Supervise on-site staff and evaluate performance
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property regulations
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and operational reports
Requirements
- 3–5 years of real estate, property management, or sales experience
- 1–3 years of management experience
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Yardi software preferred
