About the Role
Serve as a rental property specialist for Keystone and the property management team, guiding prospective and current residents through property tours, lease terms, applications, negotiations, renewals, and move-ins while ensuring compliance and a top-tier resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage leases for prospective and existing residents
- Coordinate property tours, follow-ups, and CRM/database updates
- Process rental applications and execute lease agreements
- Prepare lease documentation and coordinate move-ins
- Respond to leads, conduct property inspections, and support resident inquiries
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive property traffic
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rental regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ year experience as a Leasing Consultant in property management or real estate
- Strong knowledge of leasing regulations and compliance
- Experience managing leases for high-volume properties
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to meet targets and work independently or collaboratively
- Weekends are required and rotate with the staff
