About the Role
Perform all facets of integrated facility management including facility operations, logistics, employee services, and fire, life safety to provide a safe, productive, comfortable, and clean working environment for building occupants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day facility services and requests.
- Manage property-level special projects, capital improvements, operational decisions, domestic mail, and facility services.
- Conduct facility inspections, service responses, and minor equipment repairs.
- Solicit bids and monitor contractor performance for facility projects, testing, and building systems inspections.
- Provide project management for onsite projects.
- Monitor and order approved purchases for building supplies, materials, and assigned projects.
- Offer budgetary guidance.
- Handle tasks related to employee move-in and move-out activities, associated furniture, and recordkeeping.
- Support ancillary facilities, events, team members, and facility logistics.
- Participate in on-call, after-hours support for building emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and proper implementation of facility services, budgets, special projects, tenant improvements, and emergency plans.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility software systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of integrated facility management services.
- Ability to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations daily.
- Reliable and motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
